I'm not a
huge yogurt fan, and I'm even less of a fan of many Greek-style
yogurts. Greek-style yogurt is yogurt that has been strained more than regular yogurt, so there
is much less milk content, fewer carbohydrates, and about twice the
protein, while keeping those same amazing live active cultures. A
fat-free Greek-style fruit yogurt is an amazingly healthy snack, but
isn't usually super delicious. It is thicker and more sour than regular
yogurt. So, I went on a quest to find the best Greek-style yogurt
available in our area. I bought one of every brand at Wal-Mart and
Macey's. In the end, I came up with two brands that I enjoyed enough to
eat on a regular basis...Cobani and Yoplait. I must add that I only
really like the Strawberry/Banana, Blueberry, and Raspberry flavors.
Oh, and my husband says the Mango is good, although I haven't tried it.
